It is a selection of grapevine cultivated farmhouse.

Exposure: South - south/east

Grapevine: 100% Barbera.

Soil Type: Calcareous marl characterised by sand and clay.

Vinification: after an accurate selection, the grapes are pressed and fermentation begins at controlled temperature for about 30 days in stainless steel tanks. Once the alcoholic fermentation is completed, the wine is racked and the malolactic fermentation begins spontaneously. Then the wine is bottled in August of the following year.

Ageing: 12 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes: It has a ruby red colour with purple hues, red fruit-forward and jammy bouquet with light floral overtones. Fresh, well-balanced and lingering taste.

Longevity: 6/8 years.

Alcohol Content: 13.5% - 14%Vol

Serving Temperature: 18°- 20°C.

Food Pairings: main courses of roasted and stewed meats.
